I must confess that I’d been a huge sceptic of Acupuncture and didn’t think for one minute that it would be something that could help me. How wrong could I be? Not only did the needles not hurt at all (despite my underlying worry that they would) but the whole process was calming, soothing and restorative. At the end of the first session I felt a little light headed but much improved, but for me the big difference was the next morning, when the persistent pain that made me try acupuncture in the first place, was hardly noticeable at all. Six weeks on and my pain has gone – I think it’s because of Acupuncture That Works! Thank Emma.
