I first met Catherine Peake in June 2015, when I was referred for acupuncture by my Pain Consultant, for help with severe pain and lack movement in my right arm, due to a tumour and the effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. From the very first session I had a reduction in pain and slight increase in movement. This continued over the 6 prescribed sessions, and once they had finished, I decided to see Catherine in a private capacity. I now have weekly sessions of Acupuncture, Reiki and Chinese massage. This has resulted in a huge improvement in movement and dexterity in my right arm and hand, and I no longer take pain killers – which at one time included oral morphine.

Catherine is a great listener, thoughtful and kind. She is an expert practitioner, and has made suggestions throughout my treatment, tailored exactly to my needs. My sessions are an important part of my life, and have enhanced it greatly. I thoroughly recommend treatment from Catherine, and cannot thank her enough.
